TPWG is a community-centered 501(c)(3) confronting the fentanyl epidemic among youth and young adults — through outreach, recovery support, mentorship, and the long, patient work of helping someone rediscover their value.
Our vision is to help build safer, healthier, and more compassionate communities where youth and young adults struggling with fentanyl addiction, substance abuse, homelessness, trauma, and emotional hardship have access to support, encouragement, resources, mentorship, and opportunities for personal growth.
TPWG envisions a future where communities unite to confront the fentanyl epidemic through education, outreach, prevention, advocacy, creative expression, and human connection — empowering young people to rediscover their value, purpose, talents, and future potential.
We strive to become a trusted community-centered organization that creates impactful programs, partnerships, and inspirational events bringing hope and measurable change to vulnerable youth and families throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
It is happening on our streets, in our schools, in our families. It is the leading cause of death for our generation. TPWG exists because the people closest to the pain are best positioned to help.
TPWG uses public health campaign materials in our outreach — at gatherings, schools, churches, and community events — to put the data where it can be seen, talked about, and acted on.
TPWG, alongside TPWG Visions — our outreach and fundraising arm — engages directly with individuals in active addiction, in encampments, in jails and correctional facilities, and in the in-between places that traditional services often miss. Our outreach is led by people in recovery and long-term sober staff who know the terrain firsthand.
We go where the need is — areas of high drug activity, encampments, and underserved corners of the PNW.
Connections to treatment, sober housing, and community organizations for those ready to seek help.
Safe-housing partnerships and trafficking-prevention support for youth in crisis, with a dedicated shelter on the roadmap.
Community events grounded in testimony, music, and presence — where hope is rehearsed in public.
Every gift, every hour, every box of clothes — directly fuels the work happening on the street tonight.
One-time or recurring gifts power our outreach, recovery referrals, and homelessness response. Tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
Warm clothing, hygiene kits, socks, sleeping bags, and non-perishable food make it directly into the hands of those we serve. Drop-off or pickup available.
Outreach, events, mentorship, transportation, admin. We welcome people in long-term recovery and those simply ready to show up.
"I was someone the system had given up on.
TPWG was the first place that didn't."
